My Hgg Properties Ltd Experience.
The ensuite room I rented with them is the best of the places I lived in the UK. The outlook of the house was great, and the service was fantastic. What's more!? Rent deposit was safely registered under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
In summary, I had a great experience with Hgg Properties.

One of the best property management experiences I’ve had in the UK. The manager ensures high living standards, clear agreements, and a smooth, modern approach throughout. Everything is well-maintained and feels worth the cost. I’m very glad I chose HGG Properties Ltd and would definitely recommend them.

I rent a place with them and I didn’t regretted! The house was really well equipped with good heating, good water pressure and double glazing windows. Management always keen to help with any issue that might appear. Process of renting is easy and clear! Thank you for Rita that helped to find his place.

I highly recommend Hgg. I was looking for a room to rent and most places I checked had dodgy contarcts or no contract at all. Hgg brought me relief. The procedure from the viewing to the move in was straight forward and transparent. They use an app (COHO) what makes everything so easy. They don't abandon you after move-in either. If there's a maintanance issue, you can report it in the app and they do their best to deal with it asap. Niki the agent I was communicating with is very nice and pro-active. I'll use their service in the future for sure when I need to move again.
