Your Questions, Answered
How do tenants arrange a viewing?
You can arrange a viewing by clicking the WhatsApp button on our website or by responding directly to one of our property adverts. If you enquire through an advert, you’ll be directed to COHO, where you can communicate with our team and arrange a suitable viewing time.
What documents or information do tenants need to provide when applying for a property?
As part of the application and referencing process, we may ask you to provide:
A photo of your passport
Three recent bank statements or savings account statements
Three recent payslips, a job offer letter or guarantor details
Your Right to Rent share code, if applicable
Your proposed move-in date
Your current landlord’s details
Once your holding deposit has been received, we’ll begin the referencing process, confirm your move-in arrangements and prepare your tenancy agreement. Your agreement will then be sent through COHO for electronic signature. Holding deposit information Holding deposit information
How should tenants report a repair or maintenance issue?
All repairs and maintenance issues should be reported through COHO. This allows our management team to receive the details of the issue and respond as quickly as possible. COHO should also be used for general communication with our team, with phone calls reserved for emergencies. Holding deposit information
Can tenants renew their tenancy, and how does the renewal process work?
Our tenancies operate on a rolling basis rather than as fixed-term tenancies, so a traditional tenancy renewal is not required. Your tenancy continues on a rolling basis until it is brought to an end in accordance with the terms of your tenancy.
